Parking

Complimentary tandem parking for two vehicles at the entrance. Additional vehicles may use our partner car park, Nakamura Kaikan, about 20 metres away, also complimentary — kindly let us know by email before arrival. Please note that the partner car park is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Should it be full, only the two spaces at the entrance can be guaranteed, and any further vehicles will need to use a nearby public car park at the guest’s own expense.

Check-in

15:00–21:00 (self check-in) Early check-in from 13:00 is available upon request for ¥5,000, subject to availability. Arriving after 21:00? Late arrivals can be arranged — kindly let us know your expected arrival time in advance and we will have everything prepared for you.

Check-out

By 10:00 Late check-out until 12:00 is available upon request for ¥5,000; until 14:00 for ¥10,000, subject to availability.

Barbecue

¥5,000 Gas grill (gas included), original cast-iron grate, outdoor table set and tongs.

Bonfire

¥3,000 Bonfire stand, two bundles of firewood, burner, tongs and gloves. Additional firewood is ¥1,500 per bundle.

Travelling with pets

Per pet, per night: small (up to 10 kg) ¥3,000 · medium (up to 25 kg) ¥5,000 · large (over 25 kg) ¥7,000 To preserve the tranquillity of the surroundings, we kindly ask that pets are kept from barking loudly. Any damage or soiling caused by pets may incur a repair or cleaning fee.

Quiet hours

Our properties sit close to a residential neighbourhood. So that everyone can enjoy a peaceful evening, we kindly ask that voices and noise be gradually lowered after 21:00 when enjoying a barbecue or time outdoors, and that all outdoor activities come to an end by 22:00, with the evening continuing indoors. Excessive noise at night may lead to complaints from neighbours and, in some cases, a visit from the local police. Thank you very much for your understanding and consideration.
