How many guests can stay?
It depends on the accommodation: domes and trailers sleep up to four, Gekkouen up to fifteen and the Sankando villas up to twelve. Please see “Capacity” on each stay’s page for details.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, pets are welcome at every property. The fee per pet, per night is ¥3,000 for small pets (up to 10 kg), ¥5,000 for medium (up to 25 kg) and ¥7,000 for large (over 25 kg).
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Arrivals after 21:00 can be arranged if you let us know your expected arrival time in advance. Early check-in from 13:00 (¥5,000) and late check-out until 12:00 (¥5,000) or 14:00 (¥10,000) are available upon request. Early check-in and the 14:00 extension are subject to availability.
Is parking available?
Complimentary parking is provided at every property. The number of spaces varies: two per Sankando villa, three per Sankando New Phase villa, two at Villa The Cube, two in tandem at Gekkouen and up to two per glamping unit. If you are travelling with additional vehicles, kindly let us know by email before arrival.
Are fireworks permitted?
Hand-held sparklers may be enjoyed in the designated area. Aerial and fountain fireworks are not permitted.
May I bring my own bonfire stand or stove?
For safety reasons, we are unable to permit guests to bring their own fire equipment. We would be delighted to prepare a bonfire or barbecue for you instead.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Of course. Every property has a refrigerator for your use.
Is there air-conditioning?
Yes, every property is fully air-conditioned.
Can we barbecue if it rains?
Yes — the dedicated barbecue areas can be enjoyed in any weather (barbecue and bonfire are available for an additional charge).
How late can we stay outdoors?
We kindly ask that noise be kept low after 21:00 and that outdoor activities end by 22:00, as our properties are close to a residential area. Thank you for your consideration.
Are towels provided?
Bath towels, face towels and toothbrushes are provided for every guest.
Any sightseeing recommendations?
We warmly recommend the Chureito Pagoda at Arakurayama Sengen Park, where the five-storey pagoda and Mt. Fuji appear together in a single, unforgettable view.
